2.2. Conditions That Invalidate Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, modified, installed, or altered.
  • The product is damaged due to mishandling, negligence, or improper storage after delivery.
  • The original packaging is missing or has been damaged in a way that affects resellability.
  • The request is made after the 30-day return period.

2.3. Refund Process

3. Cancellation Policy
